All items are made to order. After payment and order confirmation, the production may take up to 1-2 business days before the order is dispatched to a courier service.
All orders are shipped from Paris, France. Orders are not processed on weekends and local holidays.
Once your order is dispatched to a courier service, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. Orders are delivered with the DHL courier service (when required, a different courier service may be used). The cost of the shipping is calculated at checkout. Delivery times depend on your shipping address and may vary.
In some cases, depending on the local Customs Office laws of the destination country, import duties and taxes may apply and be paid by the customer upon delivery of goods. The customer assumes responsibility for any applicable fees. Additional documents may be required for some orders and can delay the delivery.
Change Of Shipping Address
For European Union countries, changing shipping addresses between the countries is impossible. But it is possible to change the address to another one in the same European Union country if needed.
It is impossible to change the shipping address if it includes one of the following countries: the USA, Canada, Brazil, Switzerland, Japan, Indonesia, Australia, Cambodia, and Thailand.
