Once an order is placed, it can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. To cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, email us at order@laboder.co . After 24 hours of purchase, the order is sent to production, and it is impossible to cancel.
A product can only be returned due to a defect. A return may be granted for a defective item after the evaluation of the product by the customer service team. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the product is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong product so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
There is a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your product to request a return based on a defect. To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact order@labodet.co. Please provide photos of your product. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Products sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. In case of a faulty item, the shipping costs will be covered by Us.
Products with normal wear and tear damages are not considered faulty and are not eligible for a return.
Repair service for purchased items is not provided.
Discounted and prototype items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges since each product is made individually to order. Making every item to order allows us to give careful attention to every step of production and provide elevated quality to each crafted item.
Refunds
We will notify you if the refund is approved, and you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note it can take some time for your bank, credit card company, or payment service provider to process and post the refund.
